Seat occupancy sensor emulator and seatbelt buckle emulator for European Mercedes models:

• E-Class W211 manufactured in 2002-2009 with 3 wired seat occupancy sensor
• CLK W209 manufactured in 2006-2009 with 3 wired seat occupancy sensor
• CLS C219 manufactured in 2004-2010 with 3 wired seat occupancy sensor
• S-Class W221 manufactured in 2005-2013 with 3 wired seat occupancy sensor

This emulator doesn't fit 2 wired seat occupancy sensor.
This emulator doesn't fit US version Mercedes with WSS system (4 wired seat occupancy sensor).

The emulators are ended with terminals.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

The emulator is a diagnostic device which sends to an airbag control unit the same signal as that sent by the seat occupancy sensor while a passenger is sitting. It turns off the airbag indicator (if it is caused by faulty seat occupancy sensor), the airbag works as if the seat was always occupied.

We add seatbelt emulator - after installing the seat mat emulator, a car computer sees a passenger seat as always occupied and - if the car is equipped with seatbelt warning system - the unfastened seat belt warning light/sound appears. The seatbelt emulator turns it off.

When the emulator is installed, you MUST NOT use child seat in the front seat because airbag will always work in case of an accident!
