To install the emulator:

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.

2. Locate the connector under the passenger seat mat - grey 3-pin connector. Towards the seat running 3 wires - white, brown and red.

3. Disconnect plug on the mat and plug in the emulator.

And that’s all!

 

If, after installing the emulator and turning the ignition on, the airbag warning light remains on, it is needed to reset the code using proper diagnostic software.

 

OTHER INFORMATION

The emulator sends to an airbag control unit the same signal as that sent by the seat mat while a passenger is sitting. After installing the seat occupancy sensor emulator the whole system works normally, the passenger airbag will always work in case of any accident.

Please remember - when the emulator is connected, you must not transport children in baby car seats in the front seat - airbag will always work in case of any accident!
